The Consumer user who is not satisfied with his/her purchase may exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 20 and following of the Consumer Code within 14 days (14) from receipt of the goods, without penalty and without specifying the reason, provided that the product is intact, provided with the original packaging and in conditions that allow its resale.
This right is extended by Ora Srl to all users, therefore also users who are not Consumers pursuant to the consumer code.
The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code in the case of purchase of sealed IT and audio/video products opened after delivery (for example toner, cartridges, software and IT accessories).
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety (it will not be possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product) and the purchased good must be intact, returned in the original packaging, sealed and intact, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box for shipping.

It is necessary to indicate all mandatory fields
- Name and surname;
- Order reference, date and number;
- Indication of the items to be returned (just indicate the code, quantity and value);
In the case of legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal, Ora Srl will refund the total amount paid, excluding shipping costs, by crediting the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days from the date on which Ora Srl received the good subject to the right of withdrawal.
